Being on her late thirty’s, Regine Velasquez is somehow pressured brought by the issue of still being not married. Despite her big success from her singing and acting career, this Asia’s Song Bird seems very unfortunate to land on the blissful world of a married life.

It’s very clear that denied rumors about her and co-singer Ogie Alcasid which marked every newspaper’s and magazine’s headlines couples of months ago are now admittedly true. It wasn’t too hard for Regine to confess to the public that she and Ogie are now together right after Ogie confirmed his separation from the former Australian beauty queen, Michelle Van Eimeren.

Perhaps, Regine never dared care about what could be her career status if people would know about her affair with Ogie since she has saved more than enough. Is that so? But of course, they told to the national television that the affair came about after the separation of the two; or did they just make it appear like that to get away from people’s criticisms?

Whatever the truth is, still Regine Velasquez is not yet married. People are now asking what her next plan is after showbiz. Filipinos are now used to the pattern of celebrities experiencing career success followed by a wonderful marriage and numbers of children.

It’s not totally questioning Regine’s path of life but perhaps people are just concerned about her. It’s Ogie Alcasid and not anyone lesser than that victorious singer. How come Regine’s still not married with him?

To stay on the safest zone, maybe the two are still enjoying the time together, just the two of them. Let’s just hope that good marriage will soon come the singer’s way.
